Stoneveil Acquisitions LLC ("Stoneveil," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you interact with our website, portals, messaging programs, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
If you connect to our Services via a third-party provider (e.g., a messaging platform), we may receive limited account information from that provider to facilitate the interaction.

No third-party sharing for marketing. Mobile information obtained in connection with the SMS program (including opt-in data, phone number, and message content) is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes.
When you submit a property inquiry and opt in, you may receive phone calls from a Stoneveil advisor. Calls are placed by live staff, not an automated dialer. Typical call volume is 1–3 calls per inquiry: an introduction, an offer review, and a closing coordination call. You may decline or end any call at any time, or request removal from our calling list.
Calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and legal compliance. You will be notified at the start of any recorded call. Recordings, call logs, and any content of the conversation are treated as confidential and are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We share information only in these specific situations:
We do not sell your personal information as "sale" is defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act or similar state laws.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information we will not share personal information with third parties for marketing/promotional purposes.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
If you wish to unsubscribe from our email campaigns, please click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email sent from us. If you opt out of our email marketing, we will still send you messages related to our transactions and relationship with you, such as order confirmations.
If you wish to stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message sent from us.

Our Services are hosted in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
